Mr. Dixon brings over 39 years of healthcare leadership and staffing experience. He served 26 years of active duty in the U.S. Army Medical Department as a Combat Medic, Nurse, Senior Medical Non-Commissioned Officer, and Senior Leadership positions. His experience in hospital staffing has been the cornerstone of his success in the Government and commercial staffing industries. He has staffed and manned Medical Centers; Community Hospitals; clinics; ORs; and even Combat Support Hospitals.

He has mentored and advised leading Government staffing agencies, both formally ( SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program) and informally, creating growth and profit.

Mr. Dixon oversees the operational “sight-group” for Greyson’s growth, strategic positioning, development, and overall financial performance. Setting Greyson’s corporate Vision and Mission, Mr. Dixon has dedicated his capital, time and energy to position Greyson as a partner of choice for Government and commercial clients and partners alike.

Mr. Dixon holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Dixon’s military honors include the Legion of Merit and induction into the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club and Order of Military Medical Merit Society.

Ms. Lindsay-Dixon is Greyson’s resident expert in Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) support; Education law; Government Support Programs (GSP); and Medicare/Medicaid access for the exceptional-needs community. Ms Lindsay-Dixon brings over 33 years of experience in the exceptional needs community and has pioneered inclusion education and military youth programs on multiple military bases across the United states.

Ms. Lindsay-Dixon is a recipient of the prestigious Dr. Mary E. Walker award for exceptional volunteerism and community support.
